We don’t accept returns on custom orders

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, (unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part), we will not accept returns for:
  • Custom, Personalized, Birthday or Event orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the case of non-delivery (lost items), we are required to wait 20 days for domestic and 40 days for international to file an insurance claim.

First Class (standard shipping) can take 3 to 5 business days for delivery. If you need faster shipping please purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout, adding a note at checkout will NOT upgrade your shipping.

For package refusal/non-deliverable notice, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fees. Refunds will not be given on refused, non-deliverable or unapproved returned items.
