The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Conditions of return
In the case of non-delivery (lost items), we are required to wait 20 days for domestic and 40 days for international to file an insurance claim.
First Class (standard shipping) can take 3 to 5 business days for delivery. If you need faster shipping please purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout, adding a note at checkout will NOT upgrade your shipping.
For package refusal/non-deliverable notice, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fees. Refunds will not be given on refused, non-deliverable or unapproved returned items.
