Turn Around Times & Shipping Upgrades

Our normal processing time is FAST, but below are general guidelines to go by especially during peak seasons. Based on the option you choose at checkout, these are delivery estimates.

3-5 Day Processing + Standard Shipping: 5 – 10 Days

Front of the line + 3-5 Day Shipping ARRIVES IN: 4 – 7 Days

Front of the line + 1-3 Day Shipping ARRIVES IN: 2 – 5 Days

Front of the line + 1-2 Day Shipping ARRIVES IN: 2 – 4 Days

*When purchasing Front-of-the-line your ship date will NOT update on your receipt, we will, however, bump your order to the front of the line šŸ˜„

*EXCLUDES weekends, holidays or any delays that could occur once we give your package to USPS, or UPS. Contact us before ordering if you need it for a specific date.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship with USPS (domestic and internationally). Please note in case of non-delivery (lost items) we are required to wait 20 days for domestic and 40 days for international to file an insurance claim.

First Class (standard shipping) takes around 3 to 5 business days for delivery. If you need faster shipping please purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout, adding a note at checkout will NOT upgrade your shipping.

In the case of package return or refusal, we will split the shipping cost of reshipment ($4.99 standard) the 1st time only. After which buyer must pay additional shipping or receive a partial refund on the item.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once we have given your package to USPS, UPS or FedEx.


Due to how we process orders, we no longer accept cancellations, please do not order unless you are sure you want the item, thanks so much for understanding.

Items are made to order, for that reason, there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Of course, if we make a mistake we will promptly replace your order šŸ™‚

We will NOT provide refunds for:

Slight color variance, (NOTE: Our black ink is a “Fashion Black” like dark charcoal, not jet black)

Wrong size or item purchased

Small detail on image not recognized; (distressed design)
